Billing Questions Answered

We know that there are numerous online transcription options out there, so we want to make sure that is it as easy as possible to try our offering and if you like it we want to make sure that the price is not a factor that would prevent you from using it.
Each account gets 10 hours free transcription each month.
If you want to transcribe more than 10 hours per month you will have to setup a Payment Method.
Setting up a Payment Method
To do this you have to click the dollar amount in the Header and then click the Gear icon under the Available Balance display. This will take you to our Billing website.
There you will initially see "No payment method on file" message. Just click on the "Manage" link next to it and you will be able to enter the Payment Method.
BTW, the Billing portal will still be showing the original (on deposit) balance of $5 -- that is not the Available Balance as it does not reflect the usage which is reported under the Subscriptions.
Here you can select the payment method you want to use from the pull-down list and then click ADD.
Enter your Credit card details and click SAVE
And that's it, a valid Payment Method has been added to your Account.
